Expression

 How do I express love? By allowing myself to just be, whoever and whatever I am, without expectations, without judgement and without preformed ideas. If today I feel to be lazy and cozy up in bed watching movies, I allow myself to do so without judgement and without forcing myself to cook something healthy, without forcing myself to clean or spruce up the house. With love, I follow my body and not my mind, and in doing so I realise I must do the same with others: I must allow them to be what they are, to accept love how they choose to give it, not how I would give it or how I expect them to give it. Love is to allow everybody to be what they are, to respect them, to accept them how they are, without judgement and without trying to shape them. Just be, like we are, together as well as apart.

Missing piece

I have found what was missing. I found the lost piece of the puzzle. I feel inspired, I feel alive, I feel connected. I feel it in every cell of my body and I want to share it with the world. The purpose, the mission might not be what we want it to be, what we think would best serve the world. We might not even have a very specific mission. But we do have a sacred duty: to be true to ourselves, to allow ourselves to feel love, unconditional love towards everything (starting with myself and ending with a random rock on the side of the road), to accept ourselves exactly how we are. If I am a sensitive reactive person that might sometimes be angry or yell or curse when I am triggered, I accept myself as so. When I accept myself like that, truly, only then I find my peace and I can find how to recover to center.
